Product Application

HDKV-10KV Digital Insulation Resistance Meter can test insulation resistance (such as transformer, switch gear) of different modules in one system, to insulate and repair failure components.
It is important to ensure products quality and security of person and equipment during operation by insulation test of checking test object to ground or adjacent conductors insulation.
Before power on the system, using insulation test to verify if it is good to improve system performance. Insulation test is to find manufacturing process problems and equipment fault which can not be found before failure happened in EU,this test is compulsory, even to civil system.

Main Features

1) It features of microcomputer control, menu operation, large-screen LCD dot matrix display, and stable performance, and it is the intelligent instrument.
2) With a strong ability to resist the interference, it is applicable to the measurement in an environment with severe electromagnetic interference.
3) It is equipped with 8 voltage output gears, namely 50V, 100V, 250 V, 500V, 1.0kV, 2.5kV, 5.0kV, 10.0kV.
4) When the high voltage is output, it can be regulated continuously as well.
5) It has strong load capacity, and the short-circuit current is about 5mA.
6) Measuring range: 0 to 10TΩ, and it can switch the range automatically.
7) The combination of simulation bar pointer and digital display can show the change trend of data and accurate measuring results.
8) The testing time can be displayed at any time, and the buzzer will automatically tweet for reminder at every 15 seconds.
9) After the completion of measuring, it will discharge the high voltage automatically, and the discharging time of high voltage is no more than 30 seconds.
10) It can measure the ambient temperature, air humidity and the date and time of each testing automatically.
11) It can save 60 groups of measuring results, and the data will not be lost for 20 years.
12) It has RS232 serial interface, therefore it can communicate with the computer data.
