Introduction

   HVPD-IR-SW 3 In 1 Sound Wave Tester, Partial Discharge Tester, Infrared Tester-Multifunctional Tester uses microphone array technology to collect sound wave data and combines it with a high-definition camera to locate the sound wave. After analyzing the sound wave positioning technology using beamforming, the sound wave distribution data is obtained, and then the sound wave distribution data is fused with the video to generate an audio-visual cloud map and dynamically displayed on the display screen.

   Partial discharge detection of power systems , including insulation status detection of high-voltage switchgear, ring network cabinets, voltage/current transformers, transformers (including dry-type transformers), GIS, overhead lines, cables , insulators and other equipment. The following indicators are used to measure the discharge degree of electrical equipment:

   Partial discharge intensity detection: By measuring the discharge signal within one power frequency cycle, the intensity of partial discharge is characterized by the maximum value (dB) in the discharge pulse sequence.

   Partial discharge frequency detection: By measuring the discharge signal within one power frequency cycle, the discharge pulse is extracted and the frequency of partial discharge is characterized according to the number of discharge pulses.

☀The acoustic imaging module is developed to match the application scenarios of power system inspection robots, drones, online monitoring, etc., and can be adapted to a variety of occasions. Once a gas leak occurs, the acoustic imaging module can sense the ultrasonic waves/sound waves generated by the gas leak, thereby locating the location of the leak and issuing an alarm. This function is based on acoustic imaging technology, using a microphone array to scan spatial sound waves, determine the fault location through the phase difference of the sound waves, and obtain an "acoustic image".
