HVSBP Triple Frequency Induced Withstand Voltage Test Set
Ⅰ. Introduction
The device uses power electronics and a frequency converter. It adopts digital control for parameter preset, protection, frequency selection, and voltage regulation. Features include a built-in computer, 8-inch LCD, 3200-group data storage, touch operation, and a thermal printer for Chinese characters. Test frequencies 50Hz, 100Hz, 125Hz, 150Hz and 200Hz (50Hz to 200Hz, preset or arbitrary) and voltage (adjustable by touch, with step sizes of 1V, 2V, 5V, 10V) can be set for multi-frequency test voltage output. An external LC filter ensures waveform distortion is within range, and an external compensation inductor improves load capacity.
Abandoning the traditional three-phase five-column triple frequency principle generator's principle brings advantages below:
1.Smaller size, lighter weight, easier power increase,
2.Capable to output not only triple frequency, but also multiple (1, 2, 3, 4 times frequency) test voltage.
3.Simpler operation and wiring, and reduced power supply requirements for field tests.
