Provent and Reduce Loss

Please ensure that the controller used is consistent with the generator type and

number, Due to the different attributes of the X ray tube, the incorrect match will damage

the performance and service life of the product.

Please make sure the place used in voltage stability, voltage instability cause high

damage to X ray tube of generator, and easy to upgrade the original controller damage

rate, we ensure the best performance of the original and the highest stability, but the

loss caused by voltage instability is unavoidable.

X ray flaw detector is forced to shut down under normal operation condition,which

will cause great damage to X Ray flaw detector. It is necessary to make the X ray

machine work according to 1:1's working : rest way. Although irregularities will save you

time for testing temporarily, it will cause great damage and lead the equipment in

possible demand for repair.

Every day before use X ray detector, please take time for training, The training time

should be selected according to the length of time the machine is out of service, generally,

the training time to the highest KV should not be less than 5 minutes. When the equipment

is out of service for more than a week, complete machine operation training is necessary.

Proper training will effectively ensure the service life and performance of your X-ray

detector.

Before use, please ensure that the insulation pressure of the X-ray flaw detector is

not less than the minimum value of 0.45MPa. If it is found to be lower than this value or

other unexpected failures, please stop using it and contact us to ensure that the losses

caused by X-ray flaw detector damage are minimized.

 

Qualification requirements for relevant personnel

The series X ray flaw detectors shall be operated by trained professionals.

Maintenance and repair is responsible for the designated professionals who know the

risks and risks of the system.

Without the permission of the manufacturing company, any non designated

maintenance personnel shall not dismantle the equipment shell. Without the written

approval of manufacturing company, it is prohibited to change, expand, or replace the

structure of the system.

 

Radiation protection and safety

The owner of the system is responsible for the use of the system and compliance

with the regulations of the law.

This system is operated by people who are prohibited from lack of technical ability.

It is prohibited to ignore, remove or change the safety devices that the system should be

equipped with.

When the X ray flaw detector opens high pressure, it produces X rays, which can

cause harm to health. Therefore, we must obey every warning so as not to be exposed

directly to the X ray radiation area.

1.the direction of X rays should be directed toward the earth or wall (preferably the

wall).

2.a thick lead screen is provided behind the samples to be checked in order to absorb

all radiation. For example, 160KV uscs 4mm lead, 200KV for 5mm lead, 300KV for 12mm

lead, this is just for your reference, actural thickness is depended on your case.

3.X rays are used in the surrounding area to allow the number of pcople to be reduced

as much as possible.

4.indoor use should be equipped with protective lead room, or special laboratory.

5.distance protection may be dangerous even at the distance of 100 meters of the flaw

detector. It is suggested that the operator should be equipped with a ray warning device

to better protect the radiation.

The X ray detector is made up of a circuit to produce high voltage.

Please connect the ground wire to the ground reliably. Pay attention to the danger of high

voltage electricity. Only the designated professional can dismantle the cover of the

equipment. Only designated professionals can do external electrical connections and

apply power to the equipment.

When the power is energized, no person is allowed to do any action against the safe

operation of the high voltage circuit so as not to cause an unexpected personal damage.

 

Storage and disposal of equipment

Portable X ray detector should be stored in a dry, clean, far away heat source and

non direct sunlight.

The total power supply should be cut off when cleaning the portable X ray detector.

It should be ensured that no liquid penetrated into the equipment to avoid electrical

circuit short circuit and corrosion of the internal components.

It is strictly prohibited to use corrosiveness, solubility, abrasiveness detergent or

grinding agent to clean. The painted parts and the outer surfaces of the aluminum parts

can be cleaned with wet cloth and soft cleaners, andthen dry with dry cotton.

Please keep the cable socket and the plug part clean. In the storage process of the

equipment, the storage is closed with a separate layer.

Portable X ray flaw detection of non voltage energized state will not cause harm to

users and environment.

Electrical waste can not be treated with the usual industrial or household waste.

Please deal with it in an environmentally friendly way.

 

Necessary inspection and caution of machine usage

After connecting all cables, the necessary inspection should be made on the portable

X ray detector and the use environment before the use of the ma-chine is reopened.

Check whether the X ray detector generator barometer is less than 0.45Mpa,if less

than 0.35 Mpa, please stop using it immediately, so as not to cause damage.

Whether the voltage of the inspection field is stable and the unstable input voltage will

cause a lot of loss to the portable X ray detector.

The failure to rest in accordance with the 1: 1 work will cause great damage to the

equipment.
